The apartment is a separate part of the residential building of the quiet landlord. It is simple but functional. In winter it is comfortably warm thanks to wall heating, but pleasantly fresh in summer. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, four gas hobs, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. Unlimited internet with good reception and a TV are included. On the sheltered terrace there is a fireplace, pizza oven and barbecue.
